Hi, I'm Britt

I've been a COO, a Chief of Staff, a "wear-every-hat-with-the-founder" operator inside early-stage companies. I know what it feels like to hold too much at once, to want a better way to work and grow a team. I built oAT because I found a better way, and because I knew I wasn't the only one who needed it.

I built a company of people who work in a new way and do what I do: figure it out and get it done.
